بَلِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فِي تَكْذِيبٍ
Bali allatheena kafaroo fee taktheebin

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Then Allah says,
بَلِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فِي تَكْذِيبٍ ﴿١٩﴾
Nay! The disbelievers (persisted) in denying.
meaning, they are in doubt, suspicion, disbelief and rebellion.

أي هم في شك وريب وكفر وعناد .

" بل الذين كفروا في تكذيب " بما ذكر

أي من هؤلاء الذين لا يؤمنون بك .

«بَلِ» حرف إضراب وانتقال «الَّذِينَ» مبتدأ «كَفَرُوا» ماض وفاعله والجملة صلة «فِي تَكْذِيبٍ» خبر المبتدأ والجملة الاسمية مستأنفة لا محل لها.
