وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ غِلْمَانٌ لَّهُمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ لُؤْلُؤٌ مَّكْنُونٌ
Wayatoofu AAalayhim ghilmanun lahum kaannahum luluon maknoonun

Round about them will serve, (devoted) to them, young male servants (handsome) as Pearls well-guarded.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Allah said,
وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ غِلْمَانٌ لَّهُمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ لُؤْلُؤٌ مَّكْنُونٌ ﴿٢٤﴾
And there will go round boy-servants of theirs to serve them as if they were preserved pearls.
This is a description of the servants and aids, the believers will have in Paradise. Their servants will be beautiful, graceful in appearance, clean and neat as well-preserved pearls,
يَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ وِلْدَانٌ مُخَلَّدُونَ - بِأَكْوَابٍ وَأَبَارِيقَ وَكَأْسٍ مِنْ مَعِينٍ
Immortal boys will go around them with cups, and jugs, and a glass of flowing wine. (56:17-18)
تفسير ابن كثير
وقوله تعالى " ويطوف عليهم غلمان لهم كأنهم لؤلؤ مكنون " إخبار عن خدمهم وحشمهم في الجنة كأنهم اللؤلؤ الرطب المكنون في حسنهم وبهائهم ونظافتهم وحسن ملابسهم كما قال " ويطوف عليهم ولدان مخلدون بأكواب وأباريق وكأس من معين" .
تفسير الجلالين
"ويطوف عليهم" للخدمة "غلمان" أرقاء "لهم كأنهم" حسنا ولطافة "لؤلؤ مكنون" مصون في الصدف لأنه فيها أحسن منه في غيرها
تفسير القرطبي
أي بالفواكه والتحف والطعام والشراب ; ودليله : " يطاف عليهم بصحاف من ذهب " [ الزخرف : 71 ] , " يطاف عليهم بكأس من معين " [ الصافات : 45 ] . ثم قيل : هم الأطفال من أولادهم الذين سبقوهم , فأقر الله تعالى بهم أعينهم . وقيل : إنهم من أخدمهم الله تعالى إياهم من أولاد غيرهم . وقيل : هم غلمان خلقوا في الجنة . قال الكلبي : لا يكبرون أبدا
