Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Then Allah says:
إِنَّهُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٨١﴾
Verily, he (Nuh) was one of Our believing servants.
meaning, one of the sincere believers in the Oneness of Allah, one of those who had certain faith.
