وَالنَّهَارِ إِذَا تَجَلَّى ﴿٢﴾
By the day as it appears.

أي بضيائه وإشراقه .

" والنهار إذا تجلى " تكشف وظهر وإذا في الموضعين لمجرد الظرفية والعامل فيها فعل القسم
