Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Concerning Allah's statement,
تَعْرِفُ فِي وُجُوهِهِمْ نَضْرَةَ النَّعِيمِ ﴿٢٤﴾
You will recognize in their faces the brightness of delight.
meaning, `you will notice a glow of delight in their faces when you look at them.'
This is a description of
- opulence,
- decorum,
- happiness,
- composure, and
- authority
that they will be experiencing from this great delight.

أي تعرف إذا نظرت إليهم في وجوههم نضرة النعيم أي صفة الترافة والحشمة والسرور والدعة والرياسة مما هم فيه من النعيم العظيم .
تفسير الجلالين
" تعرف في وجوههم نضرة النعيم " بهجة التنعم وحسنه
تفسير القرطبي
أي بهجته وغضارته ونوره ; يقال : نضر النبات : إذا أزهر ونور . وقراءة العامة " تعرف " بفتح التاء وكسر الراء " نضرة " نصبا ; أي تعرف يا محمد . وقرأ أبو جعفر بن القعقاع ويعقوب وشيبة وابن أبي إسحاق : " تعرف " بضم التاء وفتح الراء على الفعل المجهول " نضرة " رفعا .

«تَعْرِفُ» مضارع فاعله مستتر و«فِي وُجُوهِهِمْ» متعلقان بالفعل و«نَضْرَةَ» مفعول به مضاف إلى «النَّعِيمِ» والجملة مستأنفة لا محل لها.
