أُبَلِّغُكُمْ رِسَالاَتِ رَبِّي وَأَنصَحُ لَكُمْ وَأَعْلَمُ مِنَ اللّهِ مَا لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ
Oballighukum risalati rabbee waansahu lakum waaAAlamu mina Allahi ma la taAAlamoona

"I but fulfil towards you the duties of my Lord's mission: Sincere is my advice to you, and I know from Allah something that ye know not.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
أُبَلِّغُكُمْ رِسَالاَتِ رَبِّي وَأَنصَحُ لَكُمْ وَأَعْلَمُ مِنَ اللّهِ مَا لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٦٢﴾
"I convey unto you the Messages of my Lord and give sincere advice to you. And I know from Allah what you know not.''
This is the attribute of a Messenger, that he conveys using plain, yet eloquent words, offers sincere advice and is knowledgeable about Allah; indeed, no other people can compete with the Prophets in this regard.
In his Sahih, Muslim recorded that the Messenger of Allah said to his Companions on the Day of Arafah, when their gathering was as large as it ever was,
أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّكُمْ مَسْؤُولُونَ عَنِّي فَمَا أَنْتُمْ قَائِلُونَ ؟
O people! You will be asked about me, so what will you say?
They said, "We testify that you have conveyed and delivered (the Message) and offered sincere advice.''
So he kept raising his finger to the sky and lowering it towards them, saying,
اللَّهُمَّ اشْهَدْ اللَّهُمَّ اشْهَد
O Allah! Bear witness, O Allah! Bear witness.
تفسير ابن كثير
" أبلغكم رسالات ربي وأنصح لكم وأعلم من الله ما لا تعلمون " وهذا شأن الرسول أن يكون مبلغا فصيحا ناصحا عالما بالله لا يدركهم أحد من خلق الله في هذه الصفات كما جاء في صحيح مسلم أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال لأصحابه يوم عرفة وهم أوفر ما كانوا وأكثر جمعا" أيها الناس إنكم مسئولون عني فما أنتم قائلون ؟ " قالوا نشهد أنك قد بلغت وأديت ونصحت فجعل يرفع أصبعه إلى السماء وينكسها عليهم ويقول" اللهم اشهد اللهم اشهد " .
تفسير الجلالين
"أبلغكم" بالتخفيف والتشديد "رسالات ربي وأنصح" أريد الخير
تفسير القرطبي
بالتشديد من التبليغ , وبالتخفيف من الإبلاغ . وقيل : هما بمعنى واحد لغتان ; مثل كرمه وأكرمه .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«أُبَلِّغُكُمْ» فعل مضارع والكاف مفعوله الأول ، والميم علامة جمع الذكور.
«رِسالاتِ» مفعول به ثان منصوب بالكسرة نيابة عن الفتحة لأنه جمع مؤنث سالم.
«رَبِّي» مضاف إليه مجرور بالكسرة المقدرة على ما قبل ياء المتكلم ، والياء في محل جر بالإضافة ، والجملة في محل جر صفة لرسول.
«وَأَنْصَحُ لَكُمْ» الجملة الفعلية معطوفة وكذلك جملة «وَأَعْلَمُ مِنَ اللَّهِ» ...
«ما» اسم موصول مبني على السكون في محل نصب مفعول به وجملة «لا تَعْلَمُونَ» صلته.
