وَالَّذِينَ هُم مِّنْ عَذَابِ رَبِّهِم مُّشْفِقُونَ
Waallatheena hum min AAathabi rabbihim mushfiqoona

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
For this reason Allah says,
وَالَّذِينَ هُم مِّنْ عَذَابِ رَبِّهِم مُّشْفِقُونَ ﴿٢٧﴾
And those who fear the torment of their Lord.
meaning, they are fearful and dreadful.
