Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Allah said,
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكَ تَتَمَارَى ﴿٥٥﴾
Then which of the graces of your Lord will you doubt1
meaning, `which of Allah's favors for you, O man, do you doubt,' according to Qatadah.
Ibn Jurayj said that the Ayah, فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكَ تَتَمَارَى (Then which of the graces of your Lord will you doubt!),
is directed towards the Prophet saying:
"O Muhammad!''
However, the first explanation is better, and it is the meaning that Ibn Jarir preferred.
تفسير ابن كثير
أي ففي أي نعم الله عليك أيها الإنسان تمتري ؟ قاله قتادة وقال ابن جريج يا محمد والأول أولى وهو اختيار ابن جرير.
تفسير الجلالين
"فبأي آلاء ربك" أنعمه الدالة على وحدانيته وقدرته "تتمارى" تتشكك أيها الإنسان أو تكذب
تفسير القرطبي
أي فبأي نعم ربك تشك . والمخاطبة للإنسان المكذب . والآلاء النعم واحدها ألى وإلى وإلي . وقرأ يعقوب " تمارى " بإدغام إحدى التاءين في الأخرى والتشديد .
