ذَلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ لَّا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَأَنَّى تُؤْفَكُونَ
Thalikumu Allahu rabbukum khaliqu kulli shayin la ilaha illa huwa faanna tufakoona

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Then Allah says:
ذَلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ لَّا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ...
That is Allah, your Lord, the Creator of all things, La ilaha illa Huwa.
means, the One Who does all of these things is Allah, the One, the Unique, the Creator of all things, besides Whom there is no other god or lord.
... فَأَنَّى تُؤْفَكُونَ ﴿٦٢﴾
How then are you turning away?
means, `how can you worship idols which cannot create anything but are themselves hand-made and carved?'
تفسير ابن كثير
قال عز وجل " ذلكم الله ربكم خالق كل شيء لا إله إلا هو " أي الذي فعل هذه الأشياء هو الله الواحد الأحد خالق الأشياء الذي لا إله غيره ولا رب سواه " فأنى تؤفكون " أي فكيف تعبدون غيره من الأصنام التي لا تخلق شيئا بل هي مخلوقة منحوتة .

إعراب — grammatical analysis
«ذلِكُمُ» مبتدأ «اللَّهُ» لفظ الجلالة خبر أول «رَبُّكُمْ» خبر ثان «خالِقُ» خبر ثالث «كُلِّ» مضاف إليه «شَيْ ءٍ» مضاف إليه أيضا والجملة مستأنفة لا محل لها «لا» نافية للجنس «إِلهَ» اسمها «إِلَّا» حرف حصر «هُوَ» بدل من الضمير المستتر في الخبر المحذوف «فَأَنَّى» الفاء الفصيحة أنى اسم استفهام في محل نصب حال «تُؤْفَكُونَ» مضارع مبني للمجهول والواو نائب فاعل والجملة لا محل لها لأنها جواب شرط مقدر
