يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ هَلْ مِنْ خَالِقٍ غَيْرُ اللَّهِ يَرْزُقُكُم مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَأَنَّى تُؤْفَكُونَ
Ya ayyuha alnnasu othkuroo niAAmata Allahi AAalaykum hal min khaliqin ghayru Allahi yarzuqukum mina alssamai waalardi la ilaha illa huwa faanna tufakoona

O men! Call to mind the grace of Allah unto you! is there a creator, other than Allah, to give you sustenance from heaven or earth? There is no god but He: how then are ye deluded away from the Truth?

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
The Evidence of Tawhid
Allah says,
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ هَلْ مِنْ خَالِقٍ غَيْرُ اللَّهِ يَرْزُقُكُم مِّنَ السَّمَاء وَالْأَرْضِ ...
O mankind! Remember the grace of Allah upon you! Is there any creator other than Allah who provides for you from the sky (rain) and the earth!
Allah shows His servants that they should worship Him Alone, for just as He is Independent in His power of creation and provision, so He should be worshipped Alone with no partners or associates such as idols and false gods.
So Allah says:
... لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَأَنَّى تُؤْفَكُونَ ﴿٣﴾
La ilaha illa Huwa. How then are you turning away (from Him)!
meaning, `how can you turn away from Him after this has been made clear and this proof has been made obvious, but you still worship idols and false gods.'

تفسير ابن كثير
ينبه تعالى عباده ويرشدهم إلى الاستدلال على توحيده في إفراد العبادة له كما أنه المستقل بالخلق والرزق فكذلك فليفرد بالعبادة ولا يشرك به غيره من الأصنام والأنداد والأوثان ولهذا قال تعالى : " لا إله إلا هو فأنى تؤفكون " أي فكيف تؤفكون بعد هذا البيان ووضوح هذا البرهان وأنتم بعد هذا تعبدون الأنداد والأوثان والله أعلم .
تفسير الجلالين
"يا أيها الناس" أي أهل مكة "اذكروا نعمة الله عليكم" بإسكانكم الحرم ومنع الغارات عنكم "هل من خالق" من زائدة وخالق مبتدأ "غير الله" بالرفع والجر نعت لخالق لفظا ومحلا وخبر المبتدأ "يرزقكم من السماء" المطر "والأرض" النبات والاستفهام للتقرير أي لا خالق رازق غيره "لا إله إلا هو فأنى تؤفكون" من أين تصرفون عن توحيده مع إقراركم بأنه الخالق الرازق
