هَذَا ذِكْرٌ وَإِنَّ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ لَحُسْنَ مَآبٍ

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
هَذَا ذِكْرٌ ...
This is a Reminder,
means, a reminder to those who will be reminded.
As-Suddi said,
"This means the Holy Qur'an.'' The Final Return of the Blessed
Allah tells us that His blessed, believing servants will have a good final return in
... وَإِنَّ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ لَحُسْنَ مَآبٍ ﴿٤٩﴾
... And verily, for those who have Taqwa is a good final return.
Allah tells us that His blessed, believing servants will have a good final return in the Hereafter, which means their ultimate destination.
تفسير ابن كثير
هذا ذكر " أي هذا فصل فيه ذكر لمن يتذكر وقال السدي يعني القرآن العظيم.

"هذا ذكر" أي هذا ذكر لهم بالثناء الجميل هنا "وإن للمتقين" الشاملين لهم "لحسن مآب" مرجع في الآخرة
