قَالُوا إِنَّا تَطَيَّرْنَا بِكُمْ لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهُوا لَنَرْجُمَنَّكُمْ وَلَيَمَسَّنَّكُم مِّنَّا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
Qaloo inna tatayyarna bikum lain lam tantahoo lanarjumannakum walayamassannakum minna AAathabun aleemun
Yusuf Ali
The (people) said: "for us, we augur an evil omen from you: if ye desist not, we will certainly stone you. And a grievous punishment indeed will be inflicted on you by us."

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Allah tells,
قَالُوا ...
They (people) said:
i.e. the people of the city said to them,
... إِنَّا تَطَيَّرْنَا بِكُمْ ...
For us, we see an evil omen from you;
meaning, `we do not see in your faces any sign of good for our lives.'
Qatadah said,
"They were saying, `if something bad befalls us, it will be because of you.'''
Mujahid said,
"They were saying: People like you never enter a town, but its people are punished.''
... لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهُوا لَنَرْجُمَنَّكُمْ ...
if you cease not, we will surely stone you,
Qatadah said,
"By throwing stones at you.''
... وَلَيَمَسَّنَّكُم مِّنَّا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ ﴿١٨﴾
and a painful torment will touch you from us.
means, a severe punishment.
تفسير ابن كثير
فعند ذلك قال لهم أهل القرية " إنا تطيرنا بكم " أي لم نر على وجوهكم خيرا في عيشنا . وقال قتادة يقولون إن أصابنا شر فإنما هو من أجلكم . وقال مجاهد يقولون لم يدخل مثلكم إلى قرية إلا عذب أهلها " لئن لم تنتهوا لنرجمنكم " قال قتادة بالحجارة وقال مجاهد بالشتم " وليمسنكم منا عذاب أليم " أي عقوبة شديدة فقالت لهم رسلهم .

«قالُوا» الجملة مستأنفة «إِنَّا» إن ونا اسمها «تَطَيَّرْنا» ماض وفاعله والجملة خبر إنا «بِكُمْ» متعلقان بالفعل قبلهما «لَئِنْ» اللام موطئة للقسم وإن حرف شرط جازم «لَمْ» جازمة «تَنْتَهُوا» مضارع مجزوم وهو فعل الشرط والواو فاعل «لَنَرْجُمَنَّكُمْ» اللام واقعة في جواب القسم ومضارع مبني على الفتح لاتصاله بنون التوكيد الثقيلة ونون التوكيد حرف لا محل له من الإعراب والكاف مفعول به والفاعل مستتر والجملة لا محل لها لأنها جواب قسم وجواب الشرط محذوف لدلالة جواب القسم عليه «وَلَيَمَسَّنَّكُمْ» معطوف على ما قبله وإعرابه مثله «مِنَّا» متعلقان بالفعل قبلهما «عَذابٌ» فاعل يمسنكم «أَلِيمٌ» صفة
