وَالَّذِينَ يَسْعَوْنَ فِي آيَاتِنَا مُعَاجِزِينَ أُوْلَئِكَ فِي الْعَذَابِ مُحْضَرُونَ
Waallatheena yasAAawna fee ayatina muAAajizeena olaika fee alAAathabi muhdaroona

Those who strive against Our Signs, to frustrate them, will be given over into Punishment.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
وَالَّذِينَ يَسْعَوْنَ فِي آيَاتِنَا مُعَاجِزِينَ ...
And those who strive against Our Ayat, to frustrate them,
means, those who try to block people from the path of Allah and from following His Messengers and believing in His signs,
... أُوْلَئِكَ فِي الْعَذَابِ مُحْضَرُونَ ﴿٣٨﴾
they will be brought to the torment.
means, they will all be punished for their deeds, each one accordingly.
تفسير ابن كثير
" والذين يسعون في آياتنا معاجزين" أي يسعون في الصد عن سبيل الله واتباع رسله والتصديق بآياته " فأولئك في العذاب محضرون " أي جميعهم مجزيون بأعمالهم فيها بحسبهم .

"والذين يسعون في آياتنا" الذين يسعون في القرآن بالإبطال "معاجزين" لنا مقدرين عجزنا وأنهم يفوتوننا
