وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَكَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا وَلِقَاء الْآخِرَةِ فَأُوْلَئِكَ فِي الْعَذَابِ مُحْضَرُونَ
Waamma allatheena kafaroo wakaththaboo biayatina waliqai alakhirati faolaika fee alAAathabi muhdaroona

And those who have rejected Faith and falsely denied our Signs and the meeting of the Hereafter,- such shall be brought forth to Punishment.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
llah says about the disbelievers:
وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَكَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا وَلِقَاء الْآخِرَةِ فَأُوْلَئِكَ فِي الْعَذَابِ مُحْضَرُونَ ﴿١٦﴾
And as for those who disbelieved and denied Our Ayat, and the meeting of the Hereafter, such shall be brought forth to the torment.
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«وَأَمَّا» أداة شرط وتفصيل «الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا» مبتدأ وماض وفاعله والجملة صلة «وَكَذَّبُوا» معطوف على كفروا «بِآياتِنا» متعلقان بالفعل «وَلِقاءِ» معطوف على آياتنا «الْآخِرَةِ» مضاف إليه «فَأُولئِكَ» الفاء رابطة «أولئك» مبتدأ «فِي الْعَذابِ» متعلقان بالخبر «مُحْضَرُونَ» والجملة الاسمية خبر الذين وجملة أما الذين .. معطوفة على ما قبلها
