وَلَهُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ كُلٌّ لَّهُ قَانِتُونَ
Walahu man fee alssamawati waalardi kullun lahu qanitoona

To Him belongs every being that is in the heavens and on earth: all are devoutly obedient to Him.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Allah says:
وَلَهُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ...
To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth.
means, He owns it and it is enslaved to Him.
... كُلٌّ لَّهُ قَانِتُونَ ﴿٢٦﴾
All are obedient to Him.
they are humble before Him and submit to Him, whether willingly or unwillingly.
تفسير ابن كثير
يقول تعالى " وله من في السموات والأرض " أي ملكه وعبيده " كل له قانتون " أي خاضعون خاشعون طوعا وكرها . وفي حديث دراج عن أبي الهيثم عن أبي سعيد مرفوعا " كل حرف في القرآن يذكر فيه القنوت فهو الطاعة " .

"وله من في السماوات والأرض" ملكا وخلقا وعبيدا "كل له قانتون" مطيعون
