وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُم مِّن شُرَكَائِهِمْ شُفَعَاء وَكَانُوا بِشُرَكَائِهِمْ كَافِرِينَ
Walam yakun lahum min shurakaihim shufaAAao wakanoo bishurakaihim kafireena

No intercessor will they have among their "Partners" and they will (themselves) reject their "Partners".

There will be none to intercede for them of those whom they made equal with Allah. And they will reject their partners (whom they ascribed unto Him).

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُم مِّن شُرَكَائِهِمْ شُفَعَاء ...
No intercessors will they have from those whom they made equal with Allah,
means, the gods whom they used to worship instead of Allah will not intercede for them;
... وَكَانُوا بِشُرَكَائِهِمْ كَافِرِينَ ﴿١٣﴾
and they will reject and deny their partners.
they will reject them and betray them despite their desperate need of them.
تفسير ابن كثير
" ولم يكن لهم من شركائهم شفعاء " أي ما شفعت فيهم الآلهة التي كانوا يعبدونها من دون الله تعالى وكفروا بهم وخانوهم أحوج ما كانوا إليهم .
تفسير الجلالين
"ولم يكن" أي لا يكون "لهم من شركائهم" ممن أشركوهم بالله وهم الأصنام ليشفعوا لهم "شفعاء وكانوا" أي : يكونون "بشركائهم كافرين" أي متبرئين منهم

أي شركائهم الذين عبدوهم من دون الله

«وَلَمْ يَكُنْ» الواو حرف استئناف ومضارع ناقص مجزوم بلم «لَهُمْ» خبر يكن المقدم «مِنْ شُرَكائِهِمْ» حال «شُفَعاءُ» اسم يكن المؤخر والجملة مستأنفة والواو حرف عطف «كانُوا» كان واسمها «بِشُرَكائِهِمْ» متعلقان بخبر كانوا «كافِرِينَ» والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها
