إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ
Inna nahnu nazzalna alththikra wainna lahu lahafithoona

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ ﴿٩﴾
Verily, We, it is We Who revealed the Dhikr (i.e. the Qur'an) and surely We will guard it (from corruption).
Allah, may He be exalted, stated that He is the One Who revealed the Dhikr to him, which is the Qur'an, and He is protecting it from being changed or altered.
تفسير ابن كثير
وهو القرآن وهو الحافظ له من التغيير والتبديل ومنهم من أعاد الضمير في قوله تعالى " له لحافظون " على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كقوله " والله يعصمك من الناس " والمعنى الأول أولى وهو ظاهر السياق .

"إنا نحن" تأكيد لاسم إن أو فصل "نزلنا الذكر" القرآن "وإنا له لحافظون" من التبديل والتحريف والزيادة والنقص
