إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَالْمُشْرِكِينَ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أُوْلَئِكَ هُمْ شَرُّ الْبَرِيَّةِ

Those who reject (Truth), among the People of the Book and among the Polytheists, will be in Hell-Fire, to dwell therein (for aye). They are the worst of creatures.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Mentioning the Worse and Best of Creation and Their Recompense
Allah says,
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَالْمُشْرِكِينَ....
Allah informs of what will happen to the wicked disbelievers among the People of the Scripture and the idolators who oppose the Allah's divinely revealed Books and the Prophets whom He sent.
He says,
....فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ...
that they will be in the fire of Hell on the Day of Judgement and they will abide therein forever.
This means that they will remain in it and they will have no way out of it and they will not cease being in it.
...أُوْلَئِكَ هُمْ شَرُّ الْبَرِيَّةِ ﴿٦﴾
They are the worst of creatures.
meaning, they are the worst creation that Allah has fashioned and created.
Then Allah informs about the situation of the righteous people who believed in their hearts and performed righteous deeds with their bodies.
تفسير ابن كثير
يخبر تعالى عن مآل الفجار من كفرة أهل الكتاب والمشركين المخالفين لكتب الله المنزلة وأنبياء الله المرسلة أنهم يوم القيامة في نار جهنم خالدين فيها أي ماكثين لا يحولون عنها ولا يزولون" أولئك هم شر البرية " أي شر الخليقة التي برأها الله وذرأها .
تفسير الجلالين
" إن الذين كفروا من أهل الكتاب والمشركين في نار جهنم خالدين فيها " حال مقدرة , أي مقدرا خلودهم فيها من الله تعالى " أولئك هم شر البرية "
تفسير القرطبي
" المشركين " : معطوف على " الذين " , أو يكون مجرورا معطوفا على " أهل " .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«إِنَّ الَّذِينَ» إن واسمها «كَفَرُوا» ماض وفاعله والجملة صلة «مِنْ أَهْلِ» متعلقان بمحذوف حال «الْكِتابِ» مضاف إليه «وَالْمُشْرِكِينَ» معطوف على ما قبله «فِي نارِ» خبر إن وجملة إن الذين .. مستأنفة لا محل لها. «جَهَنَّمَ» مضاف إليه «خالِدِينَ» حال «فِيها» متعلقان بما قبلهما «أُولئِكَ» مبتدأ «هُمْ» ضمير فصل «شَرُّ الْبَرِيَّةِ» خبر المبتدأ مضاف إلى البرية والجملة الاسمية مستأنفة لا محل لها.
