ذَلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ الْكَافِرِينَ
Thalikum waanna Allaha moohinu kaydi alkafireena

That, and also because Allah is He Who makes feeble the plans and stratagem of the Unbelievers.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Allah said,
ذَلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ الْكَافِرِينَ ﴿١٨﴾
This (is the fact) and surely Allah weakens the deceitful plots of the disbelievers.
This is more good news, aside from the victory that the believers gained. Allah informed them that He will weaken the plots of the disbelievers in the future, degrade them and make everything they have perish and be destroyed, all praise and thanks are due to Allah.
تفسير ابن كثير
وقوله " ذلكم وأن الله موهن كيد الكافرين " هذه بشارة أخرى مع ما حصل من النصر أنه أعلمهم تعالى بأنه مضعف كيد الكافرين فيما يستقبل مصغر أمرهم وأنهم كل ما لهم في تبار ودمار ولله الحمد والمنة .

قراءة أهل الحرمين وأبي عمرو . وقراءة أهل الكوفة " موهن كيد الكافرين " . وفي التشديد معنى المبالغة . وروي عن الحسن " موهن كيد الكافرين " بالإضافة والتخفيف . والمعنى : أن الله عز وجل يلقي في قلوبهم الرعب حتى يتشتتوا ويتفرق جمعهم فيضعفوا . والكيد : المكر . وقد تقدم .

«ذلِكُمْ» اسم إشارة في محل رفع مبتدأ وخبره محذوف أي ذلكم حق ، والجملة مستأنفة.
«وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ مُوهِنُ» أن لفظ الجلالة اسمها وموهن خبرها.
