ثُمَّ إِنَّهُمْ لَصَالُوا الْجَحِيمِ
Thumma innahum lasaloo aljaheemi

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Concerning Allah's statement,
ثُمَّ إِنَّهُمْ لَصَالُوا الْجَحِيمِ ﴿١٦﴾
Then verily, they will indeed enter the burning flame of Hell.
meaning, along with this being prevented from seeing the Most Gracious, they will also be among the people of the Fire.

أي ثم هم مع هذا الحرمان عن رؤية الرحمن من أهل النيران .

" ثم إنهم لصالوا الجحيم " لداخلو النار المحرقة
تفسير القرطبي
أي ملازموها , ومحترقون فيها غير خارجين منها , " كلما نضجت جلودهم بدلناهم جلودا غيرها " [ النساء : 56 ] و " كلما خبت زدناهم سعيرا " [ الإسراء : 97 ] . ويقال : الجحيم الباب الرابع من النار .

«ثُمَّ» حرف عطف «إِنَّهُمْ» إن واسمها واللام المزحلقة و«صالوا» خبر إن المرفوع بالواو وحذفت النون للإضافة و«الْجَحِيمِ» مضاف إليه والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها.
