وَإِذْ أَنجَيْنَاكُم مِّنْ آلِ فِرْعَونَ يَسُومُونَكُمْ سُوَءَ الْعَذَابِ يُقَتِّلُونَ أَبْنَاءكُمْ وَيَسْتَحْيُونَ نِسَاءكُمْ وَفِي ذَلِكُم بَلاء مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ عَظِيمٌ
Waith anjaynakum min ali firAAawna yasoomoonakum sooa alAAathabi yuqattiloona abnaakum wayastahyoona nisaakum wafee thalikum balaon min rabbikum AAatheemun

And remember We rescued you from Pharaoh's people, who afflicted you with the worst of penalties, who slew your male children and saved alive your females: in that was a momentous trial from your Lord.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Reminding the Children of Israel of Allah's Blessings for Them
Allah tells;
قَالَ أَغَيْرَ اللّهِ أَبْغِيكُمْ إِلَـهًا وَهُوَ فَضَّلَكُمْ عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ ﴿١٤٠﴾
وَإِذْ أَنجَيْنَاكُم مِّنْ آلِ فِرْعَونَ يَسُومُونَكُمْ سُوَءَ الْعَذَابِ يُقَتِّلُونَ أَبْنَاءكُمْ وَيَسْتَحْيُونَ نِسَاءكُمْ وَفِي ذَلِكُم بَلاء مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ عَظِيمٌ ﴿١٤١﴾
He said: "Shall I seek for you an ilah (a god) other than Allah, while He has given you superiority over the nations.''
And (remember) when We rescued you from Fir`awn's people, who were afflicting you with the worst torment, killing your sons and letting your women live. And in that was a great trial from your Lord.
Musa reminded the Children of Israel of Allah's blessings, such as saving them from Fir`awn, his tyranny and the humiliation and disgrace they suffered. He reminded them of the glory and revenge against their enemy, when they watched them suffering in disgrace, destroyed by drowning and meeting utter demise. We mentioned this subject in the Tafsir of Surah Al-Baqarah.
تفسير ابن كثير
يذكرهم موسى عليه السلام نعم الله عليهم من إنقاذهم من أسر فرعون وقهره وما كانوا فيه من الهوان والذلة وما صاروا إليه من العزة والاشتفاء من عدوهم والنظر إليه في حال هوانه وهلاكه وغرقه ودماره وقد تقدم تفسيرها في البقرة .
تفسير الجلالين
"و" اذكروا "إذ أنجيناكم" وفي قراءة أنجاكم "من آل فرعون يسومونكم" يكلفونكم ويذيقونكم "سوء العذاب" أشده وهو "يقتلون أبناءكم ويستحيون نساءكم" يستبقون "وفي ذلكم" الإنجاء أو العذاب "بلاء" إنعام أو ابتلاء "من ربكم عظيم" أفلا تتعظون فتنتهوا عما قلتم
تفسير القرطبي
ذكرهم منته . وقيل : هو خطاب ليهود عصر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم . أي واذكروا إذ أنجينا أسلافكم . حسب ما تقدم بيانه في سورة " البقرة "
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«وَإِذْ» الواو عاطفة ، إذ ظرف زمان متعلق بفعل اذكروا المحذوف.
«أَنْجَيْناكُمْ» فعل ماض مبني على السكون لاتصاله بنا الفاعلين ونا فاعل والكاف مفعول به والميم علامة جمع الذكور. والجملة في محل جر بالإضافة.
«مِنْ آلِ» جار ومجرور متعلقان بالفعل.
«فِرْعَوْنَ» مضاف إليه مجرور بالفتحة نيابة عن الكسرة ، اسم علم أعجمي.
«يَسُومُونَكُمْ» فعل مضارع مرفوع بثبوت النون والواو فاعل والكاف مفعول به ، والميم لجمع لذكور.
«سُوءَ» مفعول به ثان.
«الْعَذابِ» مضاف إليه. والجملة في محل نصب حال.
«يُقَتِّلُونَ» مثل يسومون. والجملة مفسرة لجملة يسومون.
«أَبْناءَكُمْ» مفعول به.
«وَيَسْتَحْيُونَ» معطوفة على جملة يذبحون.
«نِساءَكُمْ» مفعول به.
«وَفِي ذلِكُمْ» الواو مستأنفة في ذلكم جار ومجرور متعلقان بمحذوف خبر مقدم.
«بَلاءٌ» مبتدأ مؤخر ، والجملة مستأنفة.
«مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ» متعلقان ببلاء أو بصفته.
«عَظِيمٌ» صفة لبلاء.
