Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Then Allah says,
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ ﴿٧﴾
Verily, your Lord is the best Knower of him who has gone astray from His path, and He is the best Knower of those who are guided.
meaning, `He knows which of the two groups are truly guided among you, and He knows the party that is astray from the truth.'
تفسير ابن كثير
أي هو يعلم تعالى أي الفريقين منكم ومنهم هو المهتدي ويعلم الحزب الضال عن الحق .

"إن ربك أعلم بمن ضل عن سبيله وهو أعلم بالمهتدين" له وأعلم بمعنى عالم

أي إن الله هو العالم بمن حاد عن دينه .

«إِنَّ رَبَّكَ» إن واسمها «هُوَ أَعْلَمُ» مبتدأ وخبره والجملة خبر إن «بِمَنْ» متعلقان بأعلم «ضَلَّ» ماض فاعله مستتر والجملة صلة «عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ» متعلقان بالفعل «وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ» الواو حرف عطف ومبتدأ وخبره والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها «بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ» متعلقان بأعلم وجملة إن ربك .. تعليلية لا محل لها
