قُلْ هُوَ الَّذِي ذَرَأَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَإِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
قُلْ هُوَ الَّذِي ذَرَأَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ ...
Say:
"It is He Who has created you on the earth...''
meaning, He has spread and distributed you all throughout the various regions and areas of the earth with your differing languages, colors, shapes, appearances and forms.
... وَإِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ ﴿٢٤﴾
and to Him shall you be gathered.
meaning, you all will come together after this separation and division. He will gather you all just as He separated you and He will bring you back again just as He originated you.
Then while informing of the disbelievers who reject the final return, and doubt concerning its real occurrence,
تفسير ابن كثير
" قل هو الذي ذرأكم في الأرض " أي بثكم ونشركم في أقطار الأرض وأرجائها مع اختلاف ألسنتكم في لغاتكم وألوانكم وحلاكم وأشكالكم وصوركم" وإليه تحشرون " أي تجمعون بعد هذا التفرق والشتات يجمعكم كما فرقكم ويعيدكم كما بدأكم. ثم قال تعالى مخبرا عن الكفار المنكرين للمعاد المستبعدين وقوعه .
تفسير الجلالين
"قل هو الذي ذرأكم" خلقكم "في الأرض وإليه تحشرون" للحساب
تفسير القرطبي
أي خلقكم في الأرض ; قاله ابن عباس . وقيل : نشركم فيها وفرقكم على ظهرها ; قاله ابن شجرة .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«قُلْ» أمر فاعله مستتر والجملة استئنافية لا محل لها «هُوَ الَّذِي» مبتدأ وخبره والجملة مقول القول «ذَرَأَكُمْ» ماض ومفعوله والفاعل مستتر «فِي الْأَرْضِ» متعلقان بالفعل والجملة صلة الموصول «وَإِلَيْهِ» متعلقان بتحشرون «تُحْشَرُونَ» مضارع مبني للمجهول والواو نائب فاعل والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها لا محل لها.
