إِن يَشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ وَيَأْتِ بِآخَرِينَ وَكَانَ اللّهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ قَدِيراً

If it were His will, He could destroy you, o mankind, and create another race; for He hath power this to do.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Allah's statement,
إِن يَشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ وَيَأْتِ بِآخَرِينَ وَكَانَ اللّهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ قَدِيرًا ﴿١٣٣﴾
If He wills, He can take you away, O people, and bring others. And Allah is Ever All-Potent over that.
means, He is able to take you away and replace you with other people if you disobey Him.
In a similar Ayah, Allah said,
الْفُقَرَآءُ وَإِن تَتَوَلَّوْاْ يَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْماً غَيْرَكُمْ ثُمَّ لاَ يَكُونُوا
And if you turn away, He will exchange you for some other people and they will not be your likes. (47:38)
تفسير ابن كثير
وقوله " إن يشأ يذهبكم أيها الناس ويأت بآخرين وكان الله على ذلك قديرا " أي هو قادر على إذهابكم وتبديلكم بغيركم إذا عصيتموه كما قال " وإن تتولوا يستبدل قوما غيركم " ثم لا يكونوا أمثالكم قال بعض السلف : ما أهون العباد على الله إذا أضاعوا أمره وقال تعالى " إن يشأ يذهبكم ويأت بخلق جديد وما ذلك على الله بعزيز أي وما هو عليه بممتنع.

"إن يشأ يذهبكم" يا "أيها الناس ويأت بآخرين" بدلكم

يعني بالموت
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«إِنْ يَشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ» فعل الشرط وجوابه المجزومان.
«أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ» منادى نكرة مقصودة الناس بدل والجملة معترضة.
«وَيَأْتِ بِآخَرِينَ» عطف على يذهبكم مجزوم بحذف حرف العلة بآخرين متعلقان بالفعل قبلهما وفاعله مستتر.
«وَكانَ اللَّهُ عَلى ذلِكَ قَدِيراً» الجار والمجرور متعلقان بالخبر قديرا والجملة مستأنفة.
