تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللّهِ وَمَن يُطِعِ اللّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ يُدْخِلْهُ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا وَذَلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ

Those are limits set by Allah: those who obey Allah and His Messenger will be admitted to Gardens with rivers flowing beneath, to abide therein (for ever) and that will be the supreme achievement.

These are the limits (imposed by) Allah. Whoso obeyeth Allah and His messenger, He will make him enter Gardens underneath which rivers flow, where such will dwell for ever. That will be the great success.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Warning Against Transgressing the Limits for Inheritance
Allah said;
تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللّهِ ...
These are the limits (set by) Allah,
Meaning, the Fara'id are Allah's set limits. This includes what Allah has allotted for the heirs, according to the degree of relation they have to the deceased, and their degree of dependency on him. Therefore, do not transgress or violate them.
So Allah said;
... وَمَن يُطِعِ اللّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ ...
And whosoever obeys Allah and His Messenger,
regarding the inheritance, and does not add or decrease any of these fixed shares by use of tricks and plots. Rather, he gives each his appointed share as Allah commanded, ordained and decided,
... يُدْخِلْهُ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا وَذَلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ ﴿١٣﴾
Will be admitted to Gardens under which rivers flow (in Paradise), to abide therein, and is the great success.
تفسير ابن كثير
أي هذه الفرائض والمقادير التي جعلها الله للورثة بحسب قربهم من الميت واحتياجهم إليه وفقدهم له عند عدمه هي حدود الله فلا تعتدوها ولا تجاوزوها . ولهذا قال " ومن يطع الله ورسوله " أي فيها فلم يزد بعض الورثة ولم ينقص بعضها بحيلة ووسيلة بل تركهم على حكم الله وفريضته وقسمته " يدخله جنات تجري من تحتها الأنهار خالدين فيها وذلك الفوز العظيم .
تفسير الجلالين
"تلك" الأحكام المذكورة من أمر اليتامى وما بعده "حدود الله" شرائعه التي حدها لعباده ليعملوا بها ولا يتعدوها "ومن يطع الله ورسوله" فيما حكم به "يدخله" بالياء والنون التفاتا

و " تلك " بمعنى هذه , أي هذه أحكام الله قد بينها لكم لتعرفوها وتعملوا بها .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«تِلْكَ» اسم إشارة مبني على الكسر ، في محل رفع مبتدأ.
«حُدُودُ» خبرها.
«اللَّهِ» لفظ الجلالة مضاف إليه والجملة مستأنفة.
«وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ» الواو عاطفة يطع مضارع مجزوم وهو فعل الشرط والفاعل مستتر واسم الشرط من مبتدأ اللّه لفظ الجلالة مفعول به ورسوله معطوف.
«يُدْخِلْهُ» جواب الشرط مجزوم وفاعله مستتر والهاء مفعوله الأول.
«جَنَّاتٍ» مفعوله الثاني.
«تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهارُ» الجملة في محل جر صفة.
«خالِدِينَ» حال تعلق به الجار والمجرور فيها.
«وَذلِكَ» الواو حالية اسم إشارة مبتدأ.
«الْفَوْزُ» خبره.
«الْعَظِيمُ» صفة.
