وَبَدَا لَهُمْ سَيِّئَاتُ مَا عَمِلُوا وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُون
Wabada lahum sayyiatu ma AAamiloo wahaqa bihim ma kanoo bihi yastahzioona

Then will appear to them the evil (fruits) of what they did, and they will be completely encircled by that which they used to mock at!

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Allah said,
وَبَدَا لَهُمْ سَيِّئَاتُ مَا عَمِلُوا ...
And the evil of what they did will appear to them,
the repercussion of their evil deeds will become apparent to them,
... وَحَاقَ بِهِم ...
and will completely encircle them. (from all directions),
... مَّا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِؤُون ﴿٣٣﴾
that which they used to mock at,
i.e. of the coming torment and punishment,
تفسير ابن كثير
قال الله تعالى وبدا لهم سيئات ما عملوا أي وظهر لهم عقوبة أعمالهم السيئة وحاق بهم أي أحاط بهم ما كانوا به يستهزئون أي من العذاب والنكال .

"وبدا" ظهر "لهم" في الآخرة "سيئات ما عملوا" في الدنيا أي جزاؤها "وحاق" نزل "بهم ما كانوا به يستهزئون" أي العذاب
تفسير القرطبي
أي ظهر لهم جزاء سيئات ما عملوا .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«رُدُّوها» أمر مبني على حذف النون لاتصاله بواو الجماعة والواو فاعله وها مفعوله والجملة مقول لقول محذوف «عَلَيَّ» متعلقان بردوها «فَطَفِقَ» الفاء حرف عطف وماض من أفعال الشروع واسمه مستتر تقديره هو «مَسْحاً» مفعول مطلق لفعل محذوف والجملة الفعلية المقدرة في محل نصب خبر طفق «بِالسُّوقِ» جمع ساق متعلقان بمسحا «وَالْأَعْناقِ» معطوفة على السوق
