Like boiling oil,
means, like the dregs of oil.
... يَغْلِي فِي الْبُطُونِ ﴿٤٥﴾
كَغَلْيِ الْحَمِيمِ ﴿٤٦﴾
it will boil in the bellies, like the boiling of scalding water.
