Tafsir Ibn Kathir
The Resurrection will come suddenly, and Enmity will arise between close Friends among the Disbelievers
Allah says,
هَلْ يَنظُرُونَ ...
Do they only wait
`do these idolaters who disbelieve in the Messengers wait'
... إِلَّا السَّاعَةَ أَن تَأْتِيَهُم بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ ﴿٦٦﴾
only for the Hour that it shall come upon them suddenly while they perceive not?
means, for it is real and will inevitably come to pass, and these negligent people are unprepared for it. When it comes, it will catch them unawares, and on that Day they will feel the utmost regret when regret will not benefit them in the slightest and will not afford them any protection.
تفسير ابن كثير
يقول تعالى هل ينتظر هؤلاء المشركون المكذبون للرسل " إلا الساعة أن تأتيهم بغتة وهم لا يشعرون " أي فإنها كائنة لا محالة وواقعة وهؤلاء غافلون عنها غير مستعدين فإذا جاءت إنما تجيء وهم لا يشعرون بها فحينئذ يندمون كل الندم حيث لا ينفعهم ولا يدفع عنهم .
تفسير الجلالين
"هل ينظرون" أي كفار مكة أي ما ينتظرون "إلا الساعة أن تأتيهم" بدل من الساعة "بغتة" فجأة "وهم لا يشعرون" بوقت مجيئها قبله

يريد الأحزاب لا ينتظرون .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«هَلْ» حرف استفهام «يَنْظُرُونَ» مضارع مرفوع والواو فاعله والجملة مستأنفة لا محل لها «إِلَّا» حرف حصر «السَّاعَةَ» مفعول به «أَنْ تَأْتِيَهُمْ» مضارع منصوب بأن والهاء مفعوله والفاعل مستتر والمصدر المؤول من أن والفعل بدل من الساعة «بَغْتَةً» حال «وَهُمْ» الواو حالية ومبتدأ «لا» نافية «يَشْعُرُونَ» مضارع مرفوع والواو فاعله والجملة خبر المبتدأ والجملة الاسمية حالية.
