خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا لاَ يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ الْعَذَابُ وَلاَ هُمْ يُنظَرُونَ
Khalideena feeha la yukhaffafu AAanhumu alAAathabu wala hum yuntharoona

In that will they dwell; nor will their penalty be lightened, nor respite be (their lot);-

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ...
They will abide therein,
in the curse.
... لاَ يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ الْعَذَابُ وَلاَ هُمْ يُنظَرُونَ ﴿٨٨﴾
Neither will their torment be lightened nor will it be delayed or postponed.
for, the torment will not be lessened, not even for an hour.
After that, Allah said,
تفسير ابن كثير
" خالدين فيها " أي في اللعنة " لا يخفف عنهم العذاب ولا هم ينظرون " أي لا يفتر عنهم العذاب ولا يخفف عنهم ساعة واحدة .
تفسير الجلالين
"خالدين فيها" أي اللعنة أو النار المدلول بها عليها "لا يخفف عنهم العذاب ولا هم ينظرون" يمهلون
تفسير القرطبي
أي لا يؤخرون ولا يؤجلون .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«خالِدِينَ» حال منصوبة بالياء «فِيها» متعلقان بخالدين.
«لا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ الْعَذابُ» فعل مضارع ونائب فاعله والجملة في محل نصب حال ثانية.
«وَلا هُمْ يُنْظَرُونَ» ينظرون فعل مضارع مبني للمجهول ونائب فاعله والجملة خبر المبتدأ هم وجملة ولا هم ينظرون معطوفة.
