يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَيُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْخَيْرَاتِ وَأُوْلَـئِكَ مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ

They believe in Allah and the Last Day; they enjoin what is right, and forbid what is wrong; and they hasten (in emulation) in (all) good works: They are in the ranks of the righteous.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَيُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْخَيْرَاتِ وَأُوْلَـئِكَ مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ ﴿١١٤﴾
They believe in Allah and the Last Day; they enjoin Al-Ma`ruf and forbid Al-Munkar; and they hasten in (all) good works; and they are among the righteous. (3: 114)
This is the same type of people mentioned at the end of the Surah;
وَإِنَّ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ لَمَن يُؤْمِنُ بِاللّهِ وَمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِمْ خَاشِعِينَ لِلّهِ
And there are, certainly, among the People of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), those who believe in Allah and in that which has been revealed to you, and in that which has been revealed to them, humbling themselves before Allah. (3:199)
تفسير ابن كثير
" يؤمنون بالله واليوم الآخر ويأمرون بالمعروف وينهون عن المنكر ويسارعون في الخيرات وأولئك من الصالحين " وهؤلاء هم المذكورون في آخر السورة وإن من أهل الكتاب لمن يؤمن بالله وما أنزل إليكم وما أنزل إليهم خاشعين لله الآية .
تفسير الجلالين
"يؤمنون بالله واليوم الآخر ويأمرون بالمعروف وينهون عن المنكر ويسارعون في الخيرات وأولئك" الموصوفون بما ذكر الله "من الصالحين" ومنهم من ليسوا كذلك وليسوا من الصالحين
تفسير القرطبي
قيل : هو عموم . وقيل : يراد به الأمر باتباع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ» فعل مضارع وفاعل والجار والمجرور من لفظ الجلالة وحرف الجر متعلقان بيؤمنون والجملة في محل رفع صفة أمة.
«وَالْيَوْمِ» عطف على اللّه.
«الْآخِرِ» صفة.
«وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ» فعل مضارع وفاعل والجملة معطوفة ومثلها في ذلك الجملتان وكذلك الجملة «وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ ، وَيُسارِعُونَ فِي الْخَيْراتِ».
«وَأُولئِكَ» الواو استئنافية أولئك مبتدأ.
«مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ» متعلقان بمحذوف خبر المبتدأ والجملة مستأنفة.
