وَبَدَا لَهُمْ سَيِّئَاتُ مَا كَسَبُوا وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُون
Wabada lahum sayyiatu ma kasaboo wahaqa bihim ma kanoo bihi yastahzioona

For the evils of their Deeds will confront them, and they will be (completely) encircled by that which they used to mock at!

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
وَبَدَا لَهُمْ سَيِّئَاتُ مَا كَسَبُوا ...
And the evils of that which they earned will become apparent to them,
means, they will see the punishment for the forbidden actions and sins which they committed in this world.
... وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُون ﴿٤٨﴾
and that which they used to mock at will encircle them.
means, the punishment which they used to make fun of in this world will encompass them.
تفسير ابن كثير
" وبدا لهم سيئات ما كسبوا " أي وظهر لهم جزاء ما اكتسبوا في الدار الدنيا من المحارم والمآثم " وحاق بهم ما كانوا به يستهزئون " أي وأحاط بهم من العذاب والنكال ما كانوا يستهزئون به في الدار الدنيا .
