اللَّهُ يَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ

It is Allah Who begins (the process of) creation; then repeats it; then shall ye be brought back to Him.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Previous 8-10
اللَّهُ يَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ
30:11 Allah originates the creation, then He will repeat it, then to Him you will be returned.
وَيَوْمَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ يُبْلِسُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ
30:12 And on the Day when the Hour will be established, the criminals will be plunged into destruction with despair.
وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُمْ مِّن شُرَكَآئِهِمْ شُفَعَاءُ وَكَانُواْ بِشُرَكَآئِهِمْ كَـفِرِينَ
30:13 No intercessors will they have from those whom they made equal with Allah, and they will reject and deny their partners.
وَيَوْمَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَتَفَرَّقُونَ
30:14 And on the Day when the Hour will be established -- that Day shall they be separated.
فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ الصَّـلِحَـتِ فَهُمْ فِى رَوْضَةٍ يُحْبَرُونَ
30:15 Then as for those who believed and did righteous good deeds, such shall be honored and made to enjoy a luxurious life in a Garden of Delight.
وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَكَذَّبُواْ بِـَايَـتِنَا وَلِقَآءِ الاَّخِرَةِ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ فِى الْعَذَابِ مُحْضَرُونَ
30:16 And as for those who disbelieved and denied Our Ayat, and the meeting of the Hereafter, such shall be brought forth to the torment.
Next 17-19
Allah said:
اللَّهُ يَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ ...
Allah originates the creation, then He will repeat it,
Just as He was able to create it in the first place, so He is also able to repeat it.
... ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ ﴿١١﴾
then to Him you will be returned.
on the Day of Resurrection, when each will be requited according to his deeds.
تفسير ابن كثير
يقول تعالى " الله يبدأ الخلق ثم يعيده " أي كما هو قادر على بداءته فهو قادر على إعادته " ثم إليه ترجعون " أي يوم القيامة فيجازي كل عامل بعمله .
تفسير الجلالين
"الله يبدأ الخلق" أي : ينشئ خلق الناس "ثم يعيده" أي خلقهم بعد موتهم "ثم إليه ترجعون" بالياء والتاء
تفسير القرطبي
قرأ أبو عمرو وأبو بكر " يرجعون " بالياء . الباقون بالتاء .

«اللَّهُ» لفظ الجلالة مبتدأ «يَبْدَؤُا» مضارع فاعله مستتر «الْخَلْقَ» مفعول به والجملة الفعلية خبر المبتدأ والجملة الاسمية مستأنفة لا محل لها. «ثُمَّ» حرف عطف «يُعِيدُهُ» مضارع ومفعوله والفاعل مستتر والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها «ثُمَّ» حرف عطف «إِلَيْهِ» متعلقان بما بعدهما «تُرْجَعُونَ» مضارع مبني للمجهول والواو نائب فاعل ، والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها
