Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Allah says:
خَلَقَ اللَّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِالْحَقِّ ...
Allah created the heavens and the earth with truth.
Allah tells us of His immense power, that He created the heavens and the earth with truth, meaning for a higher purpose than mere play,
لِتُجْزَى كُلُّ نَفْسٍ بِمَا تَسْعَى
that every person may be rewarded for that which he strives. (20:15)
لِيَجْزِىَ الَّذِينَ أَسَاءُواْ بِمَا عَمِلُواْ وَيِجْزِى الَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُواْ بِالْحُسْنَى
that He may requite those who do evil with that which they have done, and reward those who do good, with what is best. (53:31)
... إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَةً لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٤٤﴾
Verily, therein is surely a sign for those who believe.
meaning, there is clear evidence that Allah is alone in creating, controlling, and in His divinity.
تفسير ابن كثير
يقول تعالى مخبرا عن قدرته العظيمة أنه خلق السماوات والأرض بالحق يعني لا على وجه العبث واللعب " لتجزى كل نفس بما تسعى " " ليجزي الذين أساءوا بما عملوا ويجزي الذين أحسنوا بالحسنى " وقوله تعالى " إن في ذلك لآية للمؤمنين" أي لدلالة واضحة على أنه تعالى المتفرد بالخلق والتدبير والإلهية .
تفسير الجلالين
"خلق الله السماوات والأرض بالحق" أي محقا "إن في ذلك لآية" دالة على قدرته تعالى "للمؤمنين" خصوا بالذكر لأنهم المنتفعون بها في الإيمان بخلاف الكافرين
تفسير القرطبي
أي بالعدل والقسط وقيل : بكلامه وقدرته وذلك هو الحق

«خَلَقَ اللَّهُ السَّماواتِ» ماض وفاعله ومفعوله والجملة مستأنفة «وَالْأَرْضَ» معطوف على السموات «بِالْحَقِّ» متعلقان بمحذوف حال «إِنَّ» حرف مشبه بالفعل «فِي ذلِكَ» خبر إن المقدم «لَآيَةً» اللام لام المزحلقة «آية» اسم إن «لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ» صفة آية والجملة مستأنفة لا محل لها
