وَإِنَّهُ لَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٧٧﴾
And truly, it is a guide and a mercy for the believers.
meaning, it is guidance for the hearts of those who believe in it, and a mercy to them.
