وَإِنَّكَ لَتُلَقَّى الْقُرْآنَ مِن لَّدُنْ حَكِيمٍ عَلِيمٍ
Wainnaka latulaqqa alqurana min ladun hakeemin AAaleemin

As to thee, the Qur'an is bestowed upon thee from the presence of one who is wise and all-knowing.

Lo! as for thee (Muhammad), thou verily receivest the Qur'an from the presence of One Wise, Aware.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
وَإِنَّكَ لَتُلَقَّى الْقُرْآنَ مِن لَّدُنْ حَكِيمٍ عَلِيمٍ ﴿٦﴾
And verily, you are being taught the Qur'an from One, All-Wise, All-Knowing.
وَإِنَّكَ (And verily, you), O Muhammad. Qatadah said:
لَتُلَقَّى (are being taught) "Are receiving.''
...الْقُرْآنَ مِن لَّدُنْ حَكِيمٍ عَلِيمٍ
the Qur'an from One, All-Wise, All-Knowing.
from One Who is Wise in His commands and prohibitions, and Who knows all things, major and minor. Whatever He says is absolute Truth, and His rulings are entirely fair and just, as Allah says:
وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَةُ رَبِّكَ صِدْقاً وَعَدْلاً
And the Word of your Lord has been fulfilled in truth and in justice. (6:115)
تفسير ابن كثير
أي : وإنك " يا محمد " لتلقى أي : لتأخذ القرآن من لدن حكيم عليم أي : من عند حكيم عليم أي حكيم في أمره ونهيه عليم بالأمور جليلها وحقيرها فخبره هو الصدق المحض وحكمه هو العدل التام كما قال تعالى : " وتمت كلمة ربك صدقا وعدلا " .
تفسير الجلالين
"وإنك" خطاب للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم "لتلقى القرآن" يلقى عليك بشدة "من لدن" من عند "حكيم عليم" في ذلك

أي يلقى عليك فتلقاه وتعلمه وتأخذه .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«وَإِنَّكَ» الواو استئنافية وإن واسمها «لَتُلَقَّى» اللام المزحلقة وتلقى مضارع مبني للمجهول ونائب الفاعل ضمير مستتر تقديره أنت وهو المفعول الأول «الْقُرْآنَ» مفعول به ثان والجملة خبر «مِنْ لَدُنْ» متعلقان بتلقى «حَكِيمٍ» مضاف إليه «عَلِيمٍ» بدل من حكيم
