قَالَ بَل رَّبُّكُمْ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ الَّذِي فَطَرَهُنَّ وَأَنَا عَلَى ذَلِكُم مِّنَ الشَّاهِدِينَ
Qala bal rabbukum rabbu alssamawati waalardi allathee fatarahunna waana AAala thalikum mina alshshahideena

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
قَالَ بَل رَّبُّكُمْ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ الَّذِي فَطَرَهُنَّ ...
He said: "Nay, your Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, Who created them...''
meaning, your Lord, beside Whom there is no other god, is the One Who created the heavens and the earth and all that they contain; He is the One Who initiated their creation; He is the Creator of all things.
... وَأَنَا عَلَى ذَلِكُم مِّنَ الشَّاهِدِينَ ﴿٥٦﴾
and to that I am one of the witnesses.
means, and I bear witness that there is no God other than Him and no Lord except Him.
تفسير ابن كثير
" قال بل ربكم رب السموات والأرض الذي فطرهن " أي ربكم الذي لا إله غيره وهو الذي خلق السموات والأرض وما حوت من المخلوقات الذي ابتدأ خلقهن وهو الخالق لجميع الأشياء " وأنا على ذلكم من الشاهدين" أي وأنا أشهد أنه لا إله غيره ولا رب سواه .

"قال بل ربكم" المستحق للعبادة "رب" مالك "السماوات والأرض الذي فطرهن" خلقهن على غير مثال سبق "وأنا على ذلكم" الذي قلته "من الشاهدين" به
تفسير القرطبي
أي لست بلاعب , بل ربكم والقائم بتدبيركم خالق السموات والأرض .
