وَأَنَّكَ لَا تَظْمَأُ فِيهَا وَلَا تَضْحَى

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
وَأَنَّكَ لَا تَظْمَأُ فِيهَا وَلَا تَضْحَى ﴿١١٩﴾
And you (will) suffer not from thirst therein nor from the sun's heat.
These two characteristics are also opposites. Thirst is the internal heat and being parched from lack of water, while the suns heat is the external heat.
تفسير ابن كثير
" وأنك لا تظمأ فيها ولا تضحى " وهذان أيضا متقابلان فالظمأ حر الباطن وهو العطش والضحى حر الظاهر .
تفسير الجلالين
"وأنك" بفتح الهمزة وكسرها عطف على اسم إن وجملتها "لا تظمأ فيها" تعطش "ولا تضحى" لا يحصل لك حر شمس الضحى لانتفاء الشمس في الجنة
تفسير القرطبي
" وأنك لا تظمأ فيها " أي لا تعطش . والظمأ العطش . وقرأ أبو عمرو والكوفيون إلا عاصما في رواية أبو بكر عنه " وأنك " بفتح الهمزة عطفا على " ألا تجوع " . ويجوز أن يكون في موضع رفع عطفا على الموضع , والمعنى : ولك أنك لا تظمأ فيها . الباقون بالكسر على الاستئناف , أو على العطف على " إن لك " .
