وَقَالُواْ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِي نُزِّلَ عَلَيْهِ الذِّكْرُ إِنَّكَ لَمَجْنُونٌ
Waqaloo ya ayyuha allathee nuzzila AAalayhi alththikru innaka lamajnoonun

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
The Accusation that the Prophet was a Madman and Demands for Him to bring down Angels
Allah tells:
وَقَالُواْ ...
And they say:
Allah tells about the disbelief, arrogance and stubbornness of the disbelievers as reflected in their words:
... يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِي نُزِّلَ عَلَيْهِ الذِّكْرُ ...
O you (Muhammad) to whom the Dhikr (the Qur'an) has been revealed!
i.e., the one who claims to receive it.
... إِنَّكَ لَمَجْنُونٌ ﴿٦﴾
Verily, you are a mad man!
i.e., by your invitation to us to follow you and leave the way of our forefathers.
تفسير ابن كثير
يخبر تعالى عن كفرهم وعنادهم في قولهم " يا أيها الذي نزل عليه الذكر " أي الذي تدعي ذلك " إنك لمجنون " أي في دعائك إيانا إلى اتباعك وترك ما وجدنا عليه آباءنا .
تفسير الجلالين
"وقالوا" أي كفار مكة للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم "يا أيها الذي نزل عليه الذكر" القرآن في زعمه

قاله كفار قريش لمحمد صلى الله عليه وسلم على جهة الاستهزاء .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«وَقالُوا» الواو استئنافية وماض وفاعله والجملة مستأنفة.
«يا أَيُّهَا» يا أداة نداء أي منادى نكرة مقصودة مبني على الضم في محل نصب وها للتنبيه.
«الَّذِي» موصول بدل من أي أو عطف بيان والجملة مقول القول.
«نُزِّلَ» ماض مبني للمجهول.
«عَلَيْهِ» متعلقان بنزل.
«الذِّكْرُ» نائب فاعل والجملة صلة.
«إِنَّكَ لَمَجْنُونٌ» إن واسمها وخبرها واللام المزحلقة والجملة مقول القول.
