هَـذَا بَلاَغٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَلِيُنذَرُواْ بِهِ وَلِيَعْلَمُواْ أَنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَـهٌ وَاحِدٌ وَلِيَذَّكَّرَ أُوْلُواْ الأَلْبَابِ
Hatha balaghun lilnnasi waliyuntharoo bihi waliyaAAlamoo annama huwa ilahun wahidun waliyaththakkara oloo alalbabi

Here is a Message for mankind: Let them take warning therefrom, and let them know that He is (no other than) One Allah: let men of understanding take heed.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Allah states;
هَـذَا بَلاَغٌ لِّلنَّاسِ ...
This (Qur'an) is a Message for mankind (and a clear proof against them),
لاٌّنذِرَكُمْ بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ
(So) that I may therewith warn you and whomsoever it may reach. (6:19)
This Qur'an is for all mankind and the Jinns, just as Allah said in the beginning of this Surah,
الَركِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ النَّاسَ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ
Alif-Lam-Ra. (This is) a Book which We have revealed unto you in order that you might lead mankind out of darkness into light. (14:1)
Allah said next,
... وَلِيُنذَرُواْ بِهِ ...
in order that they may be warned thereby,
or to receive and draw lessons from it,
... وَلِيَعْلَمُواْ أَنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَـهٌ وَاحِدٌ ...
and that they may know that He is the only One God,
using its proofs and evidences that testify that there is no true deity except Allah,
... وَلِيَذَّكَّرَ أُوْلُواْ الأَلْبَابِ ﴿٥٢﴾
and that men of understanding may take heed.
meaning those who have good minds.
This is the end of the Tafsir of Surah Ibrahim, and all praise is due to Allah.
تفسير ابن كثير
يقول تعالى هذا القرآن بلاغ للناس كقوله " لأنذركم به ومن بلغ " أي هو بلاغ لجميع الخلق من إنس وجن كما قال في أول السورة " الر كتاب أنزلناه إليك لتخرج الناس من الظلمات إلى النور " الآية " ولينذروا به " أي ليتعظوا به " وليعلموا أنما هو إله واحد " أي يستدلوا بما فيه من الحجج والدلالات على أنه لا إله إلا هو " وليذكر أولوا الألباب" أي ذوي العقول آخر تفسير سورة إبراهيم عليه السلام ولله الحمد والمنة .
تفسير الجلالين
"هذا" القرآن "بلاغ للناس" أي أنزل لتبليغهم "ولينذروا به وليعلموا" بما فيه من الحجج "أنما هو" أي الله "إله واحد وليذكر" بإدغام التاء في الأصل في الذال يتعظ "أولو الألباب" أصحاب العقول
تفسير القرطبي
أي هذا الذي أنزلنا إليك بلاغ ; أي تبليغ وعظة .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«هذا» الها للتنبيه وذا اسم إشارة مبتدأ.
«بَلاغٌ» خبر.
«لِلنَّاسِ» متعلقان ببلاغ و الجملة مستأنفة.
«وَلِيُنْذَرُوا» الواو عاطفة واللام للتعليل ومضارع مبني للمجهول منصوب بأن المضمرة بعد لام التعليل وعلامة نصبه حذف النون والواو فاعل وأن وما بعدها في تأويل مصدر مجرور بلام التعليل ومتعلقان بمحذوف تقديره لينصحوا ولينذروا.
«بِهِ» متعلقان بينذروا.
«وَلِيَعْلَمُوا» مضارع منصوب بأن المضمرة بعد لام التعليل والواو فاعل وهو معطوف.
«أَنَّما» كافة ومكفوفة.
«هُوَ إِلهٌ» مبتدأ وخبر وسد أن وما بعدها مسد مفعولي يعلموا.
«واحِدٌ» صفة لإله.
«وَلِيَذَّكَّرَ» الواو عاطفة واللام للتعليل ومضارع منصوب بأن وهو معطوف على ما سبق.
«أُولُوا» فاعل مرفوع بالواو لأنه ملحق بجمع المذكر السالم.
«الْأَلْبابِ» مضاف إليه.
