وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحاً إِلَى قَوْمِهِ إِنِّي لَكُمْ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ
Walaqad arsalna noohan ila qawmihi innee lakum natheerun mubeenun

We sent Noah to his people (with a mission): "I have come to you with a Clear Warning:

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
The Story of Nuh and His Conversation with His People
Allah, the Exalted tells;
وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَى قَوْمِهِ ...
And indeed We sent Nuh to his people (and he said):
Allah, the Exalted, informs about Prophet Nuh. He was the first Messenger whom Allah sent to the people of the earth who were polytheists involved in worshipping idols. Allah mentions that he (Nuh) said to his people,
... إِنِّي لَكُمْ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ ﴿٢٥﴾
I have come to you as a plain warner.
meaning, to openly warn you against facing Allah's punishment if you continue worshipping other than Allah.
Thus, Nuh said,
تفسير ابن كثير
يخبر تعالى عن نوح عليه السلام وكان أول رسول بعثه الله إلى أهل الأرض من المشركين عبدة الأصنام أنه قال لقومه " إنى لكم نذير مبين " أي ظاهر النذارة لكم من عذاب الله إن أنتم عبدتم غير الله .
تفسير الجلالين
"ولقد أرسلنا نوحا إلى قومه إني" أي بأني وفي قراءة بالكسر على حذف القول "لكم نذير مبين" بين الإنذار
تفسير القرطبي
ذكر سبحانه قصص الأنبياء عليهم السلام للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم تنبيها له على ملازمة الصبر على أذى الكفار إلى أن يكفيه الله أمرهم .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«وَلَقَدْ» الواو استئنافية واللام واقعة في جواب قسم وقد حرف تحقيق.
«أَرْسَلْنا نُوحاً» ماض وفاعله ومفعوله وجملة جواب القسم لا محل لها.
«إِلى قَوْمِهِ» متعلقان بأرسلنا.
«إِنِّي لَكُمْ نَذِيرٌ» إن واسمها وخبرها والجار والمجرور متعلقان بنذير.
«مُبِينٌ» صفة لنذير والجملة مقول القول تقديره قال إني وجملة قال إلخ مستأنفة.
