إِن تُصِبْكَ حَسَنَةٌ تَسُؤْهُمْ وَإِن تُصِبْكَ مُصِيبَةٌ يَقُولُواْ قَدْ أَخَذْنَا أَمْرَنَا مِن قَبْلُ وَيَتَوَلَّواْ وَّهُمْ فَرِحُونَ
In tusibka hasanatun tasuhum wain tusibka museebatun yaqooloo qad akhathna amrana min qablu wayatawallaw wahum farihoona

If good befalls thee, it grieves them; but if a misfortune befalls thee, they say, "We took indeed our precautions beforehand," and they turn away rejoicing.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Allah emphasizes the enmity that the hypocrites have for the Prophet
Allah tells;
إِن تُصِبْكَ حَسَنَةٌ تَسُؤْهُمْ ...
If good befalls you, it grieves them,
If a blessing, such as victory and triumph over the enemies, is given to the Prophet, thus pleasing him and his Companions, it grieves the hypocrites,
... وَإِن تُصِبْكَ مُصِيبَةٌ يَقُولُواْ قَدْ أَخَذْنَا أَمْرَنَا مِن قَبْلُ ...
but if a calamity overtakes you, they say: "We took our precaution beforehand,
they say, we took precautions when we did not join him,
... وَيَتَوَلَّواْ وَّهُمْ فَرِحُونَ ﴿٥٠﴾
and they turn away rejoicing.
تفسير ابن كثير
يعلم تبارك وتعالى نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم بعداوة هؤلاء له لأنه مهما أصابه من حسنة أي فتح ونصر وظفر على الأعداء مما يسره ويسر أصحابه ساءهم ذلك وإن تصبك مصيبة يقولوا قد أخذنا أمرنا من قبل أي قد احترزنا من متابعته من قبل هذا ويتولوا وهم فرحون .
تفسير الجلالين
"إن تصبك حسنة" كنصر وغنيمة "تسوءهم وإن تصبك مصيبة" شدة "يقولوا قد أخذنا أمرنا" بالحزم حين تخلفنا "من قبل" قبل هذه المعصية "ويتولوا وهم فرحون" بما أصابك
تفسير القرطبي
شرط ومجازاة , وكذا " وإن تصبك مصيبة يقولوا قد أخذنا أمرنا من قبل " عطف عليه . والحسنة : الغنيمة والظفر . والمصيبة الانهزام .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«إِنْ» شرطية.
«تُصِبْكَ» مضارع مجزوم فعل الشرط و«حَسَنَةٌ» فاعله.
«تَسُؤْهُمْ» جواب الشرط مجزوم والهاء مفعوله ، والجملة لا محل لها لم تقترن بالفاء أو إذا.
