ENTafsir Ibn Kathir
Thus, Allah says here,
فَالْيَوْمَ ...
But this Day,
meaning, the Day of Judgement.
... الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ مِنَ الْكُفَّارِ يَضْحَكُونَ ﴿٣٤﴾
those who believe will laugh at the disbelievers,
meaning, as retribution for how those people laughed at them.

" فاليوم" يعني يوم القيامة " الذين آمنوا من الكفار يضحكون" أي في مقابلة ما ضحك بهم أولئك .

فَالْيَوْمَ» الفاء حرف استئناف و«اليوم» ظرف زمان و«الَّذِينَ» مبتدأ «آمَنُوا» ماض وفاعله والجملة صلة و«مِنَ الْكُفَّارِ» متعلقان بما بعدهما «يَضْحَكُونَ» مضارع مرفوع والواو فاعله والجملة الفعلية خبر المبتدأ والجملة الاسمية مستأنفة لا محل لها.
