وَإِذَا رَأَوْهُمْ قَالُوا إِنَّ هَؤُلَاء لَضَالُّونَ
Waitha raawhum qaloo inna haolai ladalloona

And whenever they saw them, they would say, "Behold! These are the people truly astray!"

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
وَإِذَا رَأَوْهُمْ قَالُوا إِنَّ هَؤُلَاء لَضَالُّونَ ﴿٣٢﴾
And when they saw them, they said: "Verily, these have indeed gone astray!''
meaning, `because they are upon a religion other than their own religion.'

أي لكونهم على غير دينهم .

" وإذا رأوهم " أي المؤمنين " قالوا إن هؤلاء لضالون " لإيمانهم بمحمد صلى الله عليه وسلم

إعراب — grammatical analysis
«وَإِذا» الواو حرف عطف «إِذا» ظرفية شرطية غير جازمة «رَأَوْهُمْ» ماض وفاعله ومفعوله والجملة في محل جر بالإضافة و«قالُوا» ماض وفاعله والجملة جواب الشرط لا محل لها «إِنَّ هؤُلاءِ لَضالُّونَ» إن واسمها واللام المزحلقة و«لَضالُّونَ» خبر إن والجملة مقول القول.
