وَقَالَ مُوسَى يَا فِرْعَوْنُ إِنِّي رَسُولٌ مِّن رَّبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Allah mentions a debate that took place between Musa and Fir`awn, and Musa's refuting Fir`awn with the unequivocal proof and clear miracles, in the presence of Fir`awn and his people, the Copts of Egypt.
Allah said,
وَقَالَ مُوسَى يَا فِرْعَوْنُ إِنِّي رَسُولٌ مِّن رَّبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ﴿١٠٤﴾
And Musa said: "O Fir`awn! Verily, I am a Messenger from the Lord of all that exists''.
meaning Musa said, `the one Who sent me is the Creator, Lord and King of all things,'
تفسير ابن كثير
يخبر تعالى عن مناظرة موسى لفرعون وإلجامه إياه بالحجة وإظهاره الآيات البينات بحضرة فرعون وقومه من قبط مصر فقال تعالى " وقال موسى يا فرعون إني رسول من رب العالمين " أي أرسلني الذي هو خالق كل شيء وربه ومليكه .

"وقال موسى يا فرعون إني رسول من رب العالمين" إليك فكذبه
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«وَقالَ مُوسى » فعل ماض وفاعل والواو استئنافية ، والجملة مستأنفة.
«يا فِرْعَوْنُ» منادى مفرد علم مبني على الضم في محل نصب.
«إِنِّي» إن والياء اسمها.
«رَسُولٌ» خبرها.
«مِنْ رَبِّ» متعلقان بمحذوف صفة لرسول.
«الْعالَمِينَ» مضاف إليه مجرور وعلامة جره الياء لأنه جمع مذكر سالم والجملة الاسمية» إني رسول .... مقول القول.
