إِنَّ هَؤُلَاء يُحِبُّونَ الْعَاجِلَةَ وَيَذَرُونَ وَرَاءهُمْ يَوْماً ثَقِيلاً

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
The Censure of Love for the World and informing about the Day of the Final Return
Allah reprimands the disbelievers and those similar to them who love the world and are devoted and dedicated to it, who put the abode of the Hereafter behind them in disregard. He says;
إِنَّ هَؤُلَاء يُحِبُّونَ الْعَاجِلَةَ وَيَذَرُونَ وَرَاءهُمْ يَوْمًا ثَقِيلًا ﴿٢٧﴾
Verily, these love the present life of this world, and put behind them a heavy Day.
meaning, the Day of Judgement.
تفسير ابن كثير
ثم قال تعالى منكرا على الكفار ومن أشبههم في حب الدنيا والإقبال عليها والانصباب إليها وترك الدار الآخرة وراء ظهورهم : " إن هؤلاء يحبون العاجلة ويذرون وراءهم يوما ثقيلا " يعني يوم القيامة .

"إن هؤلاء يحبون العاجلة" الدنيا "ويذرون وراءهم يوما ثقيلا" شديدا أي يوم القيامة لا يعملون له

إعراب — grammatical analysis
«إِنَّ هؤُلاءِ يُحِبُّونَ» إن واسمها ومضارع مرفوع والواو فاعله و«الْعاجِلَةَ» مفعول به والجملة الفعلية خبر إن والجملة الاسمية تعليل ، «وَيَذَرُونَ» مضارع وفاعله «وَراءَهُمْ» ظرف مكان و«يَوْماً» مفعول به و«ثَقِيلًا» صفة يوما والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها.
