Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Then Allah says,
كَلَّا وَالْقَمَرِ ﴿٣٢﴾
وَاللَّيْلِ إِذْ أَدْبَرَ ﴿٣٣﴾
Nay! And by the moon. And by the night when it withdraws.
meaning, when it withdraws.
