إِلَّا عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
This is why Allah says,
إِلَّا عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ ...
Except from their wives or their right hand possessions,
meaning, from their female slaves.
... فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ ﴿٣٠﴾
فَمَنِ ابْتَغَى وَرَاء ذَلِكَ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ ﴿٣١﴾
for (then) they are not blameworthy.
But whosoever seeks beyond that, then it is those who are trespassers.
The explanation of this has already preceded at the beginning of Surah Al-Mu'minun, and therefore does not need to be repeated here.
تفسير ابن كثير
أي لا يقربون سوى أزواجهم التي أحلها الله لهم أو ما ملكت أيمانهم من السراري ومن تعاطى ما أحله الله له فلا لوم عليه ولا حرج ولهذا قال " فإنهم غير ملومين .
تفسير الجلالين
"إلا على أزواجهم أو ما ملكت أيمانهم" من الإماء
تفسير القرطبي
قال الفراء : أي من أزواجهم اللاتي أحل الله لهم لا يجاوزون .

«إِلَّا» حرف حصر «عَلى أَزْواجِهِمْ» متعلقان بحافظون «أَوْ» حرف عطف «ما» معطوف على أزواجهم «مَلَكَتْ أَيْمانُهُمْ» ماض وفاعله والجملة صلة «فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ» الفاء حرف تعليل وإن واسمها وخبرها المضاف إلى ملومين والجملة الاسمية تعليل.
