وَلَا بِقَوْلِ كَاهِنٍ قَلِيلاً مَا تَذَكَّرُونَ

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
This is similar to what is being said here.
وَمَا هُوَ بِقَوْلِ شَاعِرٍ قَلِيلًا مَا تُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿٤١﴾
وَلَا بِقَوْلِ كَاهِنٍ قَلِيلًا مَا تَذَكَّرُونَ ﴿٤٢﴾
It is not the word of a poet, little is that you believe!
Nor is it the word of soothsayer, little is that you remember!
So in one instance Allah applies the term messenger to the angelic Messenger and in another instance He applies it to the human Messenger (Muhammad). This is because both of them are conveying from Allah that which has been entrusted to them of Allah's revelation and Speech.
تفسير ابن كثير
وهكذا قال ههنا " وما هو بقول شاعر قليلا ما تؤمنون ولا بقول كاهن قليلا ما تذكرون " فأضافه الله تارة إلى قول الرسول الملكي وتارة إلى الرسول البشري لأن كلا منهما مبلغ من الله ما استأمنه عليه من وحيه وكلامه .
تفسير الجلالين
"ولا بقول كاهن قليلا ما تذكرون" بالتاء والياء في الفعلين وما مزيدة مؤكدة والمعنى أنهم آمنوا بأشياء يسيرة وتذكروها مما أتى به النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من الخير والصلة والعفاف فلم تغن عنهم شيئا
تفسير القرطبي
لأنه ورد بسب الشياطين وشتمهم فلا ينزلون شيئا على من يسبهم . و " ما " زائدة في قوله : " قليلا ما تؤمنون "
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«وَلا» الواو حرف عطف «لا» زائدة لتأكيد النفي «بِقَوْلِ كاهِنٍ» معطوف على بقول شاعر وما بعده سبق إعراب مثيله.
