لاَ يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فِي الْبِلاَدِ
La yaghurrannaka taqallubu allatheena kafaroo fee albiladi

Let not the strutting about of the Unbelievers through the land deceive thee:

Let not the vicissitude (of the success) of those who disbelieve, in the land, deceive thee (O Muhammad).

Occasion of revelation
(Let not the vicissitude (of the success) of those who disbelieve, in the land, deceive theeﾅ) [3:196]. This was revealed about the idolaters of Mecca. This is because they were living in comfort and ease, trading and enjoying themselves which led one believer to comment: ﾓThe enemies of Allah are enjoying that which we see of goodly life while we are dying of hunger and toilﾔ, and as a result this verse was revealed.
Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Warning Against Being Deceived by This Life; the Rewards of the Righteous Believers
Allah says;
لاَ يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فِي الْبِلاَدِ ﴿١٩٦﴾
Let not the free disposal (and affluence) of the disbelievers throughout the land deceive you.
Allah said, do not look at the disbelievers, who are enjoying various delights and joys. Soon, they will loose all this and be tied to their evil works, for verily, we are only giving them time, which deceives them.

تفسير ابن كثير
يقول تعالى لا تنظر إلى ما هؤلاء الكفار مترفون فيه من النعمة والغبطة والسرور فعما قليل يزول هذا كله عنهم ويصبحون مرتهنين بأعمالهم السيئة .
تفسير الجلالين
ونزل لما قال المسلمون : أعداء الله فيما نرى من الخير ونحن في الجهد : "لا يغرنك تقلب الذين كفروا" تصرفهم . "في البلاد" بالتجارة والكسب
تفسير القرطبي
قيل : الخطاب للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم والمراد الأمة . وقيل : للجميع . وذلك أن المسلمين قالوا : هؤلاء الكفار لهم تجائر وأموال واضطراب في البلاد , وقد هلكنا نحن من الجوع ; فنزلت هذه الآية . أي لا يغرنكم سلامتهم بتقلبهم في أسفارهم .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«لا يَغُرَّنَّكَ» لا ناهية جازمة يغرنك مضارع مبني على الفتح لاتصاله بنون التوكيد الثقيلة والنون حرف لا محل له من الإعراب والكاف مفعول به.
«تَقَلُّبُ» فاعل.
«الَّذِينَ» اسم موصول في محل جر بالإضافة وجملة «كَفَرُوا» صلته.
«فِي الْبِلادِ» متعلقة بالمصدر تقلب.
