وَالشَّيَاطِينَ كُلَّ بَنَّاء وَغَوَّاصٍ
Waalshshayateena kulla bannain waghawwasin

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
وَالشَّيَاطِينَ كُلَّ بَنَّاء وَغَوَّاصٍ ﴿٣٧﴾
And also the Shayatin, from every kind of builder and diver,
means, among them were some whom he used to build high rooms, images, basins as large as reservoirs, and cauldrons fixed (in their places), and other difficult tasks which humans were unable to do. And there was another group, who dived into the sea recovering pearls, jewels and other precious things which cannot be found anywhere else.
تفسير ابن كثير
قوله جل جلاله " والشياطين كل بناء وغواص " أي منهم من هو مستعمل في الأبنية الهائلة من محاريب وتماثيل وجفان كالجواب وقدور راسيات إلى غير ذلك من الأعمال الشاقة التي لا يقدر عليها البشر وطائفة غواصون في البحار يستخرجون ما فيها من اللآلئ والجواهر والأشياء النفيسة التي لا توجد إلا فيها " وآخرين مقرنين في الأصفاد " أي موثقون في الأغلال والأكبال ممن قد تمرد وعصى وامتنع من العمل وأبى أو قد أساء في صنيعه واعتدى .

"والشياطين كل بناء" يبني الأبنية العجيبة "وغواص" في البحر يستخرج اللؤلؤ
تفسير القرطبي
أي وسخرنا له الشياطين وما سخرت لأحد قبله .
